Webelos Woods 2011
Webelos Woods is a weekend long camping trip held at Bert Adams Scout Reservation. The event is designed for cub scouts preparing to enter Webelos and Boy Scouts and is designed to promote self reliance while camping. As cub scouts prepare to advance, they will need to plan and do for themselves rather than having adults do for them.
March Pack Meeting – Reptile Show

Pack 797′s March Pack Meeting was held on Monday, March 28th at St. Peter & Paul Church on Johnson Ferry in East Cobb. The Cub Scouts were treated to an unusual event: Mr. Greg’s Reptile Roadshow. U.S. Space & Rocket Center – Huntsville

On March 18th and 19th, the Cub Scouts of Pack 797 made the trek from East Cobb to Huntsville, AL to visit the U.S. Space & Rocket Center. The scouts toured the facilities with helpful guides from the museum. Annual Blue & Gold Banquet

On February 12 2011, Pack 797 held it’s annual Blue & Gold Dinner. This annual dinner is a celebration of the history of scouting and has been celebrated by this current name since 1943. Highlights of the event included the results of the father/son cake bake, a delicious chicken dinner, and the Arrow of Light awards (the highest award available to a cub scout).
